Grace brings over 20 years of experience in commercial real estate, representing both institutional and private investors across Canada. Her expertise includes asset and portfolio management, strategic planning, investment analysis, financing, acquisitions, dispositions, and underwriting. Throughout her career, she has been involved in transactions totaling more than 23 million square feet of office, industrial, retail, and residential investment properties nationwide.

A CFA® Charterholder, Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA), and Licensed Broker with the Real Estate Council of Ontario (RECO), Grace also holds an MBA from the Ivey Business School.

Beyond her professional work, Grace is passionate about fostering sustainable development and supporting initiatives that strengthen communities and create lasting social impact.

Stephanie has 18 years of experience in commercial, industrial, and retail construction projects. Stephanie has focused on and become an expert in the management of office fit-ups and has an extensive portfolio of successful high-profile projects. With a background in Quantity surveying and construction management, Stephanie brings a comprehensive perspective and understanding to delivering high-profile, sensitive projects.

Dr. Roisin Byrne

Dr. Roisin Byrne, MD, FRCPC - Director

Dr. Byrne is a psychiatrist at the Centre for Addiction and Mental Health, specializing in emergency and acute care psychiatry, as well as mindfulness meditation psychotherapy. She has an academic focus on medical education, and is highly involved in training the next generation of medical doctors, from medical students, psychiatry residents, to fellows in psychiatry. She is deeply passionate about social determinants of health. She takes a holistic approach to patient care, including attending to the biological, psychological, social, cultural, and spiritual factors when helping a patient understand their experience and work toward improved health and well-being.

Neil is an accomplished real estate leader in all aspects of real estate development, business strategy, operations, and people management. He brings over 20 years of development and construction experience in high profile international projects such as Canary Wharf London, Atlantis Dubai and Porta Nuova Garibaldi Milan. As President of Great Gulf’s High-Rise business across North America, Neil is responsible for leading the growth and operations of the business including acquisitions and revenue strategies, and project execution in Canada and the US. His past roles include COO of TAS, a mixed-use development company, Vice President, Project and Development Services at Canderel Group, and Director of Business Development at Multiplex (a Brookfield Company).

Neil holds a Bachelor of Science (Honours) and a postgraduate Bachelor of Architecture degree from Cardiff University, UK.
