  • This Mental Health Week, we're proud to spotlight Michelle, our on-site psychotherapist at Grant House 💙

When we asked what "Come Together, Canada: Stronger Connections, Better Mental Health" means to her, she said it perfectly: humans aren't just wired for togetherness, we need safe, responsive bonds where we feel truly seen. When this need goes unmet, isolation can take hold, significantly impacting mental health. Michelle brings that understanding into every session.

And what keeps her going every day? Her clients’ resilience and growth.

“Seeing clients return to school and invest in their education is especially fulfilling, as it reflects a growing sense of possibility and self-belief, and I am equally moved by the ways they move closer to their values and more authentic selves.”

Thank you, Michelle. We're so grateful for the safe, compassionate space you create.
