- Pathways to Employment
A certificate program designed to help Ontario Works clients build essential employment skills and the confidence to re-enter the workforce. This hands-on program combines group learning with personalized support to ensure participants feel prepared, motivated, and equipped to take their next step.
Participants receive a Certificate of Completion and ongoing one-on-one support to continue their employment journey even after the program ends.
