Andrea Paszti
Interim Executive Director

Andrea Paszti, MADS, MBA, BCBA, R.B.A. (Ont.) – Interim Executive Director
Andrea brings over 25 years of leadership experience in the social services and healthcare sectors. Her career spans a wide range of roles supporting vulnerable populations across Ontario, including Quality Assurance Supervisor, Manager of Ambulatory Hospital Clinics in Women’s and Children’s Programs, Vice President of Supported Living group homes for individuals with autism and developmental disabilities, Director of Addictions and Mental Health Services, and Chief Executive Officer for services supporting adults with Acquired Brain Injuries. Andrea holds Master’s degrees in both Applied Disability Studies (specializing in Applied Behaviour Analysis) and Business Administration. She is also a Registered Behaviour Analyst, bringing a clinically grounded and evidence-informed perspective to her leadership approach. In her current role as Interim Executive Director, Andrea provides support and leadership to all of the Street Haven programs, ensuring integrated and wholistic care across the shelter, housing, training, addictions and mental health services.

Grace Bimbo Kolawole

Grace Bimbo Kolawole is a distinguished leader in Toronto’s Shelter and Housing sector, with over 2 decades of progressive experience in frontline, supervisory, and executive roles. As Director of Housing and Shelter Services, she has led transformative initiatives that have expanded program capacity, improved service delivery, and strengthened organizational resilience.
Grace brings deep institutional knowledge of Toronto’s shelter system, municipal standards, and housing frameworks. She has successfully overseen multi-million-dollar budgets, implemented trauma-informed and harm-reduction models, and developed policies that align with funder expectations and legislative requirements. Her leadership has resulted in measurable improvements in client outcomes, staff retention, and community integration.
With a master’s in public health, Grace combines academic rigor with lived experience and operational insight. She has designed and evaluated programs that serve diverse populations, including women, refugees, and youth, and has consistently championed equity, diversity, Inclusion, safety, and dignity in service provision.
Grace’s career reflects a commitment to excellence, innovation, and advocacy. Her strategic vision and hands-on leadership continue to shape inclusive, responsive housing and Shelter solutions across Toronto.

Dayna Moreash

Dayna is a dedicated leader who brings a wealth of knowledge, leadership, and compassion to her role. Over the years, she’s held a variety of frontline and leadership positions, giving her a well-rounded understanding of both client needs and team dynamics.
Dayna has worked with diverse populations in community-based settings, helping to shape initiatives that provide compassionate support while driving meaningful change. She is passionate about creating environments where both clients and staff feel empowered to grow, heal, and thrive. Her approach blends evidence-based practices with a collaborative, client-centred approach, ensuring that her leadership is rooted in both expertise and unwavering support.
As a counsellor in good standing with the CACCF and having received formal training in Cognitive Behaviour Therapy at Wilfrid Laurier University, Dayna brings a strong foundation of therapeutic knowledge to her leadership. These qualifications help her guide teams with clarity and insight. She brings a thoughtful understanding of the unique challenges individuals face in their recovery journeys.

Ajay Walia

Ajay Walia, CPA - Director of Finance and Operations
A Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA) and accomplished non-profit leader with over 20 years of experience guiding mission-driven organizations toward operational excellence and financial sustainability. As Director of Operations, he oversees core functions across finance, human resources, compliance, facility management and administration ensuring that the organization operates with integrity, efficiency, and alignment to its mission.
With a strong background in financial management, risk oversight, and strategic planning, Ajay has played a key role in strengthening internal systems, building resilient teams, and leading cross-functional initiatives that drive long-term impact. He brings a collaborative leadership style grounded in accountability, transparency, and equity.
Passionate about community impact and equity, Ajay plays a key role in advancing our strategic goals and supporting the organization’s growth and resilience. Tatiana Soldatova
Chair

Tatiana Soldatova – Chair
A tenacious leader with a passion for bringing great minds together on complex projects. Tatiana is highly focused on design research and business strategy. She co-founded Syllable Inc. a multidisciplinary firm, where they work with global brands to create holistic corporate spaces along with multi-unit residential and retail.
She is passionate about the design profession and served on the Board of Directors at Association of Registered Interior Designers of Ontario (ARIDO), was a professor at Humber College teaching professional practices. She volunteers with JVS Toronto to help immigrants enter the design field. Recently, she was recognized by Women’s Leadership Initiative (WLI) Champions selected by the Toronto Urban Land Institute for her leadership and skill in real estate.
Tatiana graduated from Humber College with a Bachelor of Interior Design, and a Masters of Science in Strategic Design and Management from Parsons the New School of Design in NYC.

Nicole Koteff
Vice Chair

Nicole Koteff – Vice Chair
Nicole Koteff is a detail-oriented litigator with more than 20 years of experience, who has created a practice devoted almost exclusively to defending real estate professionals and their brokerages.
Her practice focuses on professional regulation in the real estate sphere. Prior to joining the firm, Nicole spent 7 years as In-House Legal Counsel for the Real Estate Council of Ontario (RECO), where she prosecuted real estate agents, brokers and brokerages. After leaving RECO, Nicole was chosen for the newly-created role of General Counsel for the Toronto Regional Real Estate Board. In addition to holding positions on both the regulatory and the association sides of professional real estate, Nicole also holds a designation as a Real Estate Broker with the mid-town office of a major Canadian brokerage. This direct involvement in the industry provides added insight to her representation of other real estate professionals when faced with allegations by RECO.
Nicole earned a Bachelor of Commerce degree as well as a Master of Industrial Relations degree from Queen’s University. She then graduated from Law School at the University of Western Ontario.
Nicole is often retained as an expert witness in real estate disputes and is a ferocious protector of her clients’ rights.

Alex Pekurar is CFO of UpSnap Inc, a publicly listed technology company. He has over 15 years of leadership experience in both technology and accounting industries, working to foster a culture of accountability and transparency. He joined Street Haven and assumed the role of Treasurer in 2019.

Mary Chang

Mary Chang – Treasurer
Mary Chang has over 20 years of investment management and consulting experience in infrastructure, private equity, venture capital, and real estate portfolios. Her expertise includes advising, implementing, and managing investments across a broad range of asset classes. She has served on the boards of portfolio companies and is currently a board member of the Toronto Mendelssohn Choir. Mary holds an MBA in Finance from the University of British Columbia, an Honours Bachelor from the University of Western Ontario, and is a CFA Charter holder.

Veronica Maidman

Veronica Maidman – Director
Veronica Maidman is a trailblazing leader in Canada’s financial sector. For more than a decade, she was President of Equifax Canada. She was the first-ever woman President at this global company, a technology-driven and highly-regulated organization serving the entire spectrum of the financial community. Prior to this, she was President and CEO of its predecessor, Toronto Credits Limited. Veronica has extensive experience on corporate, non-profit, industry and trade association boards, including as a board chair and committee chair. Currently on the board of eHealth Ontario, she has also sat on the boards of Equifax Canada, Laurentian Bank, President's Choice Bank, the Credit Counselling Service of Toronto (chair), Sunnybrook and Women’s Foundation, Women’s College Health Sciences Centre, and various finance industry boards. In addition to her studies at Ryerson, she pursued additional studies at the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and the Director’s Education Program at the Rotman School of Management at University of Toronto.

Neil Vohrah

Neil Vohrah – Director
Neil is an accomplished real estate leader in all aspects of real estate development, business strategy, operations, and people management. He brings over 20 years of development and construction experience in high profile international projects such as Canary Wharf London, Atlantis Dubai and Porta Nuova Garibaldi Milan. As President of Great Gulf’s High-Rise business across North America, Neil is responsible for leading the growth and operations of the business including acquisitions and revenue strategies, and project execution in Canada and the US. His past roles include COO of TAS, a mixed-use development company, Vice President, Project and Development Services at Canderel Group, and Director of Business Development at Multiplex (a Brookfield Company).
Neil holds a Bachelor of Science (Honours) and a postgraduate Bachelor of Architecture degree from Cardiff University, UK.

Laeticia Eid
Director

Laeticia Eid – Director
Dr. Laeticia Eid is a Forensic Psychiatrist in Toronto. She was born and raised in Ottawa and completed her undergraduate degree at the University of Ottawa. She received her medical degree from Queen's University in 2014. At the University of Toronto, she completed her psychiatry training in 2019 and forensic psychiatry subspecialty training in June 2020.
Since 2020, Dr. Eid has worked as a staff inpatient and outpatient forensic psychiatrist at CAMH. She also maintains a private practice, conducting independent psychiatric medical evaluations (civil and criminal), and assessments of criminal responsibility, fitness to stand trial, and risk of violence. Additionally, she is heavily involved in teaching. She holds a lecturer position at the University of Toronto and serves as chair of the Forensic Psychiatry Residency Program Competence Committee.

Sheryl Song – Past Chair
Sheryl Song is the Founder & CEO of Ryna, an AI-driven housing rental platform with the mission to create a personalized renting experience that prioritizes attainability, reliability, and flexibility for the new generation of renters. Prior to founding Ryna, she specialized in executive search, talent strategy, leadership succession, and board services in the Commercial Real Estate sector across North America and Asia. She is the recipient of The W. Galen Weston Top Entrepreneur Award and EY Women in Tech Award by NEXT Canada. She was also named The Peak's "2022 Emerging Leaders for Startups and Tech" as one of the up-and-coming young leaders shaping Canada's economy, culture, and society.
Sheryl joined Street Haven’s board in early 2019 and currently sits as the Chair of the Board. Being a minority new immigrant, she hopes to help Street Haven to enhance its brand image and grow its footprint to help more women to find stability in their lives. She is fluent in Mandarin Chinese and English.
She holds an Honours Bachelor of Arts Degree from the University of British Columbia.
