At Street Haven, our in-house Job Developer works closely with each client to build their confidence and readiness for the workforce. From attending hiring fairs and networking events to connecting with industry mentors, we provide hands-on support every step of the way.
Through both short-term Speed Mentoring sessions and our 12-Week Mentorship Program, clients are paired with professionals who guide them through real-world challenges and career growth.
Our Employment Team offers personalized coaching, including mock interviews, elevator pitch development, and workplace readiness tools—ensuring every woman is prepared, empowered, and supported in her journey toward sustainable employment.
