  • Kojo Blavo serves as a Volunteer Digital Content Support for Street Haven at the Crossroads, a Toronto-based non-profit dedicated to assisting marginalized women. In this role, Kojo contributes to the organization’s mission by supporting the development and management of digital content that highlights Street Haven’s programs, services, and community impact. With a strong background in translation, communications, and creative content development, Kojo brings a detail-oriented and strategic approach to digital storytelling. His work helps ensure that Street Haven’s message reaches a wider audience, fostering awareness, engagement, and support for women navigating challenges such as homelessness, trauma, and social isolation. Kojo is passionate about using his skills to amplify voices that are often overlooked and to contribute meaningfully to causes that empower vulnerable communities. Through The Inclusion Project, The Literacy and Basic Skills Program and The Life and Societal Skills Program Street Haven provides women with the opportunities to learn impactful skills and the chance to experience different industries like construction, healthcare, hospitality, and retail. The Inclusion Project also aims to help businesses identify barriers for women at their workplace such as Gender Bias in Male-Dominated Industries and Lack of Inclusive Workplace Policies.
